Strength training apparatus, free weights, resistance accessories, gym benches, racks, and functional conditioning hardware designed for fitness routines and home workout spaces. Each product listing specifies steel gauges, dimensions, piece counts, and assembly components. Product photographs represent build style; industrial packing crates and cartons may vary.

An order logs when you finish checkout. We send an acknowledgement by email, and the purchase agreement binds once warehouse staff dispatch the shipment. We reserve the right to cancel an order if inventory is depleted or verification fails, issuing a prompt refund.

All rates appear in GBP with VAT factored in where required. Freight charges appear during checkout before final approval. Permitted payment options: Cash on delivery. If an obvious pricing mistake occurs, we will adjust it before shipment and give you the choice to approve or cancel.

Carrier methods, transit schedules, and freight fees are listed on the Delivery & Payment page. Physical risk transfers to you once the shipment is delivered into your possession.

We photograph actual equipment from our production batches. Screen calibrations, graphics chips, and ambient lighting can alter visible steel coatings or powder finishes. Slight tint variations do not constitute product flaws, claims for damages, or grounds for seller-funded returns. Exact measurements, steel grades, and parts lists are documented on product pages.

We bear transit liability until the driver unloads and transfers the goods to you or your designated recipient. Loss or damage risks transfer upon handover. Record visible exterior crate or carton damage on the driver delivery slip and report it to our office within 48 hours.

You can return equipment within 30 days of delivery under the procedures posted on our Returns page. IronForge Gear Ltd provides a statutory 24-month limited warranty under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 against manufacturing defects, weld failures, and material flaws under standard domestic fitness use, excluding ordinary finish wear, outdoor corrosion, or unauthorized structural modifications.

• Custom-fabricated gym equipment produced to bespoke client dimensions or unique powder-coat finishes.
• Consumable workout items such as lifting chalk or grip compounds that have been opened or depleted.
• Personal fitness apparel, sweatbands, lifting straps, or mouthguards removed from sealed hygiene packaging.
• Mechanical rigs, benches, or weight assemblies that have been partially or fully assembled and bolted after delivery.
• Digital workout instructional content or media discs unsealed after initial transfer to the consumer.

To the maximum extent permitted under United Kingdom law, the aggregate liability of IronForge Gear Ltd for any claim arising from equipment purchase shall not exceed the total order value paid by the customer or £100, whichever amount is lesser. These provisions do not restrict statutory liability where governing legislation forbids limitation.

You must reach 18 years of age to purchase from this store. Use gear strictly in line with included technical manuals and load limits; this hardware does not replace professional medical or physical therapy guidance.

These terms and all sales agreements are governed exclusively by the laws of England and Wales, with exclusive jurisdiction resting in the competent courts of the United Kingdom. If we cannot settle a dispute directly, the case goes to the court where the seller is registered. This does not limit your statutory consumer rights where you live.
