Order processing
Orders placed before 15:00 on a business day leave our warehouse the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends, or on public holidays dispatch the next business day. You receive a confirmation email with your order number as soon as you submit the order.
Gym equipment items are packaged in multi-wall reinforced corrugated cartons with high-density edge guards, custom foam cushioning, and heavy-duty strapping to prevent transit friction, scratching, or structural shifting of cast iron and steel components.
Tracking your parcel
Upon dispatch from our UK warehouse, an automated tracking reference is transmitted to your registered email address and mobile phone number, enabling real-time consignment monitoring through the carrier portal.
Lost or delayed parcel
If tracking shows no movement for 5 business days, contact us at [email protected] with your order number. We open an investigation with the courier and either reship the order or refund it in full, as you prefer, within 10 business days of your claim.
Damaged on arrival
Examine heavy parcels carefully upon arrival before signing courier paperwork. Document any external carton perforations or structural damage with clear digital photographs, note the condition on the carrier manifest, and report the occurrence to [email protected] within 48 hours for immediate replacement processing.
Payment methods
We accept Cash on delivery. We never ask for online-banking credentials or card information by email or phone.
Delivery outside United Kingdom
We deliver to specified countries. Shipping rates and transit schedules appear at checkout before you submit payment. The buyer pays any local customs duties or import taxes.
