You have 30 days from delivery to return gear bought from IronForge Gear. This section covers physical condition requirements, transit costs, return logistics, and refund schedules.
Conditions
Gym equipment items must remain completely unused, unassembled, free of grip residue or knurling wear, and stored in their original factory protective cartons alongside all hardware bolts, assembly manuals, and inserts.
Return process
- Send a formal return notification containing your order number to [email protected].
- Obtain an authorized return merchandise authorization (RMA) document and destination warehouse instructions.
- Secure the equipment using the original internal foam inserts, reinforced cartons, and secure carton tape.
- Receive your refund credit via direct bank transfer within 3-10 business days following technical warehouse verification.
Who pays return shipping
If the steel is bent, defective, or mispicked, we cover freight via a prepaid label or freight collection. If you return an item by choice, you cover return transport. We deduct no restocking fees.
Refund timing and method
We release funds within 3 business days of inspection clearance. For cash on delivery, we wire the sum to your stated bank account. For wire payments, we return funds to the originating account. Banks post transactions within 1 to 5 business days.

Exchanges
To swap for a different weight, rack size, or model, initiate a return and submit a fresh order. We process the refund once the original unit arrives. If the swap corrects our error, we cover shipping on the replacement.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel without fee before the pallet or box leaves our dock. Send your order code to [email protected]. Once a parcel is with the carrier, standard return rules take effect.
