IronForge Gear Flat Bench Base Frame

This flat bench frame provides a rigid foundation for your lifting surface. Constructed from 3mm structural steel tubing, it eliminates wobble and chassis flex during heavy bench pressing. The wide foot stance distributes lifter and barbell weight evenly across your gym floor. Heavy vulcanised rubber end caps lock the feet onto lifting platforms and prevent sliding. All structural connections join using Grade 8.8 high-tensile fasteners. The flat mounting rail accommodates standard commercial bench pads with universal bolt patterns.
