IronForge Gear Cast Iron Weight Plate Pair

These weight plates are cast from solid iron with a consistent core density. The 50.4mm centre bore fits all Olympic barbell sleeves snugly. Tight bore tolerances prevent excessive tilt and sleeve gouging when sliding plates on and off the bar. Each plate features an integrated vulcanised rubber outer ring. This bumper dampens floor noise during deadlifts and protects iron edges from chipping during storage on weight trees. Clear debossed weight markings allow quick identification across the gym floor.
